Connect a Custom Domain
Connect your own domain to publish your website or Smart Page using a custom web address.
Step 1: Add Your Domain
- Go to Dashboard → Custom Domains.
- Enter your domain (for example,
mydomain.com). - Click Add Domain.
Step 2: Configure DNS
After adding your domain, you'll see the DNS records required for verification.
- Open your DNS provider.
- Create or update the DNS records shown in the dashboard.
- Save your changes.
Note: DNS changes may take a few minutes to propagate depending on your provider.
Step 3: Verify Your Domain
Once your DNS records have been updated:
- Return to Dashboard → Custom Domains.
- Click Verify DNS.
After verification succeeds, your custom domain will become active.
WWW Support
When you connect mydomain.com, we automatically configure support for both:
mydomain.comwww.mydomain.com
No additional setup is required.
If you enter www.mydomain.com, it will automatically be treated as mydomain.com.
Domain Limits
Custom domain limits depend on your subscription plan.
mydomain.com and www.mydomain.com are treated as a single custom domain and count as one domain slot.
Subdomains such as blog.mydomain.com, docs.mydomain.com, or shop.mydomain.com are treated as separate custom domains and count toward your plan's limit.
SSL Certificates
SSL certificates are automatically provisioned for all verified custom domains.
No manual SSL configuration is required.
Troubleshooting
Verification Failed
- Confirm your DNS records exactly match the values shown in the dashboard.
- Wait a few minutes and try verification again.
- Remove any conflicting DNS records.
Domain Not Loading
- Verify that DNS verification completed successfully.
- Allow time for DNS propagation.
- Check that your DNS records still point to the values provided in the dashboard.
