Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ArylLabs (“Service”), operated by Goutam Boro (GTM Trade) (“ArylLabs”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users who access or use ArylLabs.

2. Description of Service

ArylLabs provides tools for:

  • Hosting static websites
  • File sharing
  • Creating flipbooks and galleries

Content may be stored using third-party infrastructure such as Cloudflare or Google Drive, depending on features and plans.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU)
  • You are responsible for:
    • Maintaining account security
    • All activity under your account
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information

4. User Content & Responsibility

You retain ownership of any content you upload or deploy.

However:

  • You are solely responsible for your content
  • ArylLabs acts as a neutral hosting provider
  • We do not pre-screen content but may review it if necessary

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly.

You may not use ArylLabs to:

  • Violate laws or regulations
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, phishing tools, or harmful code
  • Conduct fraud or scams
  • Harass, threaten, or harm others
  • Promote terrorism or violent extremism
  • Impersonate others
  • Send spam or abusive traffic
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Abuse infrastructure (e.g., crypto mining, excessive compute usage)
  • Resell the Service without permission

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Malware or phishing infrastructure
  • Terrorism or violent extremism content
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Illegal goods or services
  • Hate speech that promotes violence

We may remove such content immediately and take appropriate action, including reporting to authorities where required.

7. Enforcement & Moderation

ArylLabs does not actively monitor all content. However, we may take action if content violates these Terms or poses risk.

Possible actions include:

  • Warning the user
  • Removing content
  • Temporarily suspending access
  • Permanently terminating accounts

We aim to apply enforcement proportionally, depending on the severity of the violation.

8. Appeals

If you believe your content or account was restricted in error, you may contact us at support@aryllabs.com to request a review.

We will make reasonable efforts to review appeals fairly.

9. Abuse Reporting

Users may report violations at:

abuse@aryllabs.com

We aim to review reports within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Copyright (DMCA)

If you believe your copyright has been infringed, send a notice to:

dmca@aryllabs.com

Your request must include:

  • Description of the copyrighted work
  • URL of infringing material
  • Contact information
  • Good faith statement
  • Statement under penalty of perjury
  • Signature

We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use poses risk to the Service or others

For serious or intentional violations:

  • Accounts may be terminated immediately
  • No refunds will be issued for remaining subscription time

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous uptime
  • Error-free operation
  • Data accuracy

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

ArylLabs will not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, profits, or business

Total liability is limited to:

  • The amount you paid in the past 12 months, or
  • $50 USD (whichever is greater)

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ArylLabs and its operators from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your content
  • Your violation of these Terms

15. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court proceedings.

You agree:

  • Not to participate in class actions
  • To resolve disputes individually

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we will provide notice.

Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
