Trial & Cancellation Policy

At ArylLabs, a service by GOUTAM BORO (GTM TRADE), we want you to experience our premium features risk-free. This policy outlines how our free trial, plan changes, and cancellation process works.

1. Overview

We offer a 3-day free trial on our Premium plans for all new users. Because you have full access to test the platform before purchasing, we do not offer general refunds. We process payments securely through our trusted payment partners (including Razorpay, Paddle, and PayPal).

2. 3-Day Free Trial

When you create an account, you automatically receive a 3-day free trial of our Premium features. During this period:

  • You have access to Premium quotas and limits.
  • No payment method is required to start the trial.
  • Once the 3 days end, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade.

Because we offer this trial period to let you evaluate the service without upfront payment, all purchases made after the trial are final and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Plan Switches

You may change, cancel, or switch your active subscription cycle at any time from your Dashboard → Billing page.

Upgrades & Cycle Switches (Monthly to Yearly)

When you upgrade to a higher tier plan (e.g., Plus to Pro) or switch to a longer billing cycle (e.g., Monthly to Yearly), proration is applied depending on the payment provider used:

  • For Razorpay users (India): We perform a Clean Break & Auto-Refund. We cancel your previous subscription cycle immediately, calculate your unused prorated balance, and automatically trigger a direct cash refund back to your original payment method (typically appearing in 3–5 business days). A new subscription mandate is then started for your upgraded plan.
  • For Paddle & PayPal users (International): We calculate proration credits immediately. The remaining unused value of your current billing period is applied as a credit/discount toward the upgrade cost, meaning you are only charged the net difference on checkout.

Downgrades & Cycle Switches (Yearly to Monthly)

If you choose to switch to a lower-tier plan or move from a Yearly cycle to a Monthly cycle, the behavior depends on the payment provider:

  • For Razorpay users (India): Downgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged for the new (lower) plan right away and your previous subscription will be cancelled. No refunds or credits are issued for the unused portion of your previous plan, and your account limits will be updated immediately.
  • For Paddle & PayPal users (International): Downgrades and cycle switches (e.g., moving to a lower tier plan or from Yearly to Monthly) take effect immediately. Your account limits will be updated right away to reflect your new plan. No refunds or prorated credits are issued for the unused portion of your previous plan, and your next billing date will charge the new plan's rate.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your subscription entirely:

  • Your Premium features remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
  • After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your custom domains and permanent deployments will remain active for a grace period after downgrade before being archived.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us at support@aryllabs.com to resolve any billing issues. We are committed to resolving problems quickly and fairly.

Filing a chargeback may result in your account being suspended until the dispute is resolved. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account termination.

5. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
