Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services provided by ArylLabs, including website hosting, file sharing, flipbook creation, and gallery hosting. This policy is designed to protect our users, our infrastructure, and the broader internet community.

By using ArylLabs, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violation of this policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use ArylLabs services to:

  • Distribute malware: Deploy websites, files, or scripts that contain viruses, trojans, worms, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious code designed to harm users or systems.
  • Conduct phishing: Create websites, pages, or forms that impersonate other services, companies, or individuals to steal credentials, personal information, or financial data.
  • Send spam: Use the Service to distribute unsolicited bulk communications via any channel.
  • Perform attacks: Use the Service as infrastructure for DDoS attacks, brute-force attacks, port scanning, or any other network-based attacks.
  • Mine cryptocurrency: Use the Service's compute resources for cryptocurrency mining or similar compute-intensive operations.
  • Circumvent security: Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service or access accounts or data belonging to other users.
  • Scrape or harvest data: Use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal usage patterns.
  • Proxy or VPN services: Use the Service to operate open proxies, VPN tunneling services, or anonymizing services.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content types are strictly prohibited:

Zero Tolerance (Immediate Termination + Law Enforcement Referral)

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content depicting the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors in any form, including illustrations, computer-generated imagery, or text-based depictions. This is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement immediately.
  • Terrorism & Violent Extremism: Content that recruit for, promote, incite, or provide instructions for terrorist activities or mass violence.

Prohibited (Removal + Possible Termination)

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery: Intimate, sexual, or nude images/videos shared without the explicit consent of all depicted individuals, including "revenge porn" and deepfakes.
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or age.
  • Illegal goods & services: Content promoting or facilitating the sale of illegal drugs, controlled substances, weapons, counterfeit goods, stolen data, or hacking services.
  • Doxxing & harassment: Publishing private personal information (addresses, phone numbers, financial details) of individuals without their consent, or content intended to harass, bully, or threaten specific individuals.
  • Fraud & scams: Content designed to deceive users for financial gain, including fake investment schemes, lottery scams, and advance-fee fraud.
  • Copyright infringement: Content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. See our DMCA procedure in the Terms of Service.

4. Resource Usage

To ensure fair access for all users, the following resource limits apply:

  • Storage: Each deployment is limited to the storage quota of your plan. Excessively large files or deployments may be removed.
  • Bandwidth: While we do not impose hard bandwidth limits, we reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume disproportionate bandwidth that impacts other users.
  • API usage: Automated access to the Service must respect rate limits. Excessive API calls may be throttled or blocked.
  • No abuse of free tier: Creating multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits is prohibited.

5. Enforcement

ArylLabs enforces this AUP through the following escalation process:

  • First violation (minor): Warning via email with a request to remove the offending content within 24 hours.
  • Second violation or non-compliance: Content removal and temporary account suspension (7 days).
  • Severe or repeated violations: Permanent account termination and deletion of all content. No refunds will be issued.
  • Zero tolerance violations (CSAM, terrorism): Immediate termination, content preservation for law enforcement, and referral to appropriate authorities.

ArylLabs reserves the right to skip any step in this process and take immediate action when the severity of the violation warrants it.

6. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content on ArylLabs that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it immediately:

  • General support: support@aryllabs.com

Please include the URL of the offending content, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence. We aim to review and respond to all abuse reports within 48 hours.

For imminent threats to safety (e.g., CSAM, active threats of violence), please also contact your local law enforcement agency directly.
